The Waynesville R-VI Athletic Department will hold sports camps for elementary, middle school and high school students, starting May 30.

Each camp is $25, and includes a T-shirt.

Elementary camps for students in grades 1-6 include:

— Boys’ basketball, 6 to 7:15 p.m. June 6, 11, 18 and 25.

— Girls’ basketball, 12:30 to 2 p.m. June 19-22.

— Girls’ volleyball, 9 to 11 a.m. June 25-28.

All elementary camps will be held at Waynesville High School.

Middle school camps for students in grades 7 and 8 include:

— Boys’ basketball, 12:15 to 5:30 p.m. June 11-15 at the Waynesville Middle School Gym.

— Girls’ basketball, 12:30 to 2:15 p.m. June 18-21 at the middle school gym.

— Football, 12:15 to 2:15 p.m. June 4-7 at the practice field.

— Volleyball, 12:15 to 2:15 p.m. at the middle school gym.

— Softball, 12:30 to 2:15 p.m. June 11-14 at the WHS softball field.

— Cross country, 7 to 8:30 p.m. July 23-26 at the middle school track.

— Baseball, 9 to 11 a.m. June 4, 6 and 7 at the WHS softball field.

High school camps for students in grades 9-12 include:

— Football, 6 to 8 p.m. May 30-31, June 12-14 and July 23-26 at Slaughter Field.

— Boys’ soccer, 6 to 8 p.m., with goalkeeper training scheduled from 5 to 6 p.m., June 25-29 at Slaughter Field.

— Volleyball, 12:30 to 3 p.m. June 25-28 at the WHS gym.

— Softball, 8 to 10 a.m. July 23-27 at the WHS field.

— Girls’ basketball, 2 to 4 p.m. June 19-22 at the WHS gym.

— Tennis, 3 to 7 p.m. each Tuesday and Thursday at the WHS tennis courts.

Registration forms are available at R-VI schools.

Forms and camp fees may be turned into each camp’s respective coach on the first day of camp, or mailed to the Waynesville High School Athletic Department, c/o Summer Sports Camps, 200 G.W. Lane, Waynesville, Mo., 65583.
