| MEDDAC, Navy lead intramural golf |

After five weeks of play, the Medical Department Activity and the Navy Detachment lead the intramural golf standings with undefeated records in Conferences A and B, respectively. MEDDAC extended its lead June 21 with a win over the 92nd MP Bn. in Conference A. It has a 6-0 season record followed by Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 14th Military Police Brigade, at 3-1, and the Marine Corps Detachment and Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation, both at at 4-2. The Navy Det. defeated Staff Judge Advocate to improve its season record to 5-0 June 21. They are followed closely in Conference B by the 787th Military Police Battalion at 4-0. The 35th Engineer Battalion is in third at 3-2. Following this week’s rounds, Fort Leonard Wood’s intramural golf season has three weeks remaining before teams vie for the Commander’s Cup Golf Tournament title. |
