Fort Leonard Wood’s intramural basketball season continued with games held Feb. 7 and 8 at Davidson Fitness  Center.

In Conference A games played Feb. 7:

— The 3rd Chemical Brigade defeated the U.S. Marine Corps Detachment, 64-41;

— The 14th Military Police Brigade beat the 58th Transportation Battalion, 60-41;

— The 554th Engineer Battalion defeated the Medical Department Activity, 43-39;

— The 5th Engineer Battalion picked up a forfeit win.

The 3rd Chem. Bde., at 5-0, is the only undefeated team remaining in Conference A. It is followed in the standings by MEDDAC, at 4-1, and the 14th MP Bde., at 4-2.

In Conference B games played Feb. 8

— The 50th Engineer Company defeated the 35th Engineer Battalion, 41-39;

— The 43rd Adjutant General Battalion and the Navy Detachment both won against respective opponents that, for predetermined conflicts, could not attend the game;

— The 1st Engineer Brigade picked up a forfeit win.

The 43rd AG Bn. leads the Conference A standings with a record of 5-0, followed by the 55th Mobility Augmentation Company, at 4-1, and the 50th Engineer Company, at 4-2.

Two weeks remain in the intramural season.

Recreation League

In Rec League games played Feb. 6:

— The 58th Trans. Bn. team beat Forward Support Company, 49-44;

— The Rookies defeated the 43rd AG Bn., 63-32;

— The Hit Squad picked up a forfeit win.

The Rookies and the Hit Squad lead the Rec League standings, both with records  of 4-0.

Three weeks remain in the Rec League season.
