The Military Police Regimental Association is celebrating MP Regimental Week with a trio of sporting events, including a trap shoot, bass-fishing tournament and golf tournament.

— The MP Corps Trap Shoot is scheduled for 8 a.m. Sept. 26 at Fort Leonard Wood’s Outdoor adventure Center. The competition will be made up of three-person teams, one of which must be a current or previous MP or MP Family member. Registration is $14 per person. — The inaugural Military Police Regimental Week Bass Tournament is scheduled for 5:30 a.m. Sept. 27 at Public Beach No. 2 on the Lake of the Ozarks. Entry is $10 per boat, which must have at least one active-duty service member, military retiree, veteran or Department of Defense civilian employee. Teams must supply their own boat and fishing equipment, including an aerated livewell. The tournament includes several awards for the winners, and door prizes. — The 76th Military Police Regimental Golf Tournament is scheduled for Sept. 29 at Piney Valley Golf Course. This four-person scramble will present awards to the first, second and third places in three flights, as well as awards for the longest drive, longest putt, closest to pin and more. Entry is $60 per person, which includes greens fees, cart, practice at the driving range and a post-tournament meal.
