Earl Ellegood, Kickapoo Trace Muzzleloaders president, is greeted by Brig. Gen. Duke DeLuca, U.S. Army Engineer School commandant, during the 32nd annual Old Settlers Day festival. DeLuca and Waynesville Mayor Luge Hardman later helped the Muzzleloaders fire a celebratory volley to officially start the festival, held Saturday in Waynesville City Park. The festival marked the 40th anniversary for the city park, also known as Roubidoux Park.
