The 554th Engineer Battalion and 14th Military Police Brigade are in the lead of the intramural flag-football standings after both secured multiple victories in games played Sept. 18, 19 and 20 at Fort Leonard Wood’s Field 1.
In games played Sept. 18:
— The 554th Engr. Bn. defeated the 2nd Battalion, 10th Infantry Regiment, 28-6;
— The 14th MP Bde. beat the Maneuver Support Center of Excellence, 35-14;
— The 58th Transportation Battalion beat the U.S. Marine Corps Detachment, 20-0.
In games played Sept. 19:
— The 14th MP Bde. picked up a forfeit win;
— MSCOE defeated the 50th Engineer Company, 15-0;
— The Office of the Staff Judge Advocate beat the 2-10th Inf. Bn., 24-14.
In games played Sept. 20:
— The 2-10th Inf. Bn. defeated the 252nd/180th Military Police Detachment, 20-17;
— The 515th Engineer Company beat the 50th Engineer Company, 8-6;
— The 554th Engr. Bn. defeated MSCOE, 31-8.
With three weeks remaining in the regular season, the 554th Engr. Bn. and 14th MP Bde. remain the only undefeated teams in the league, with season records of 4-0. They are followed in the standings by the 58th Trans. Bn., at 3-1, the OSJA, at 2-1, MSCOE and the 515th Engr. Co., both at 1-2, the 50th Engr. Co., at 1-3, the 2-10th Inf.
