Just one week remains in the 2018 intramural bowing season after Fort Leonard Wood military-unit teams completed the 12th week of competition April 19 at Daugherty Bowling Center.
During each game of the intramural bowling season, four-person teams bowl three games against their competitors, with the combined scores serving as the team score for the night.
In games played April 19:
— The Company A, 554th Engineer Battalion team defeated the Medical Department Activity, 2,185 to 1,703.
— The 2nd Battalion, 48th Infantry Regiment, beat the 1st Battalion, 48th Infantry Regiment, 2,125 to 1,670.
— The Dental Activity scored 1,319 points on their way to a forfeit win.
— The 14th Military Police Brigade defeated the Maneuver Support Center of Excellence, 2,295 to 1,907.
— Company D, 554th Engr. Bn., picked up a forfeit win, scoring 2,127 points.
— The 3rd Chemical Brigade scored 2,092 points on their way to a forfeit win.
— The 1st Engineer Brigade defeated the Company C, 701st Military Police team, 2,214 to 1,439.
The 2-48th Inf. Bn., at 12-0, leads the intramural bowling standings, followed by the 14th MP Bde. at 11-1 and the 1st Engr. Bde. in third at 9-3.
