There’s still time to get tickets for the 25th annual Military Appreciation Day game as the St. Louis Cardinals take on the San Francisco Giants Sept. 22 at Busch Stadium.
Tickets are now on sale for the event for $15 per person, and are available at the Leisure Travel Services office, located in the Exchange mini mall, Bldg. 490.
This is the 25th annual Military Appreciation Day game featuring Fort Leonard Wood. The game features Fort Leonard Wood personnel taking part in pre-game ceremonies, including ceremonial first pitches, performances by the 399th Army Band and a Joint Service Color Guard.
The ticket price includes admission to the 6:15 p.m. game, as well as a pre-game tailgate party featuring free hot dogs, hamburgers, beer, soda and entertainment. The tailgate party is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. at the Ballpark Village parking lot. Attendees must pay for their own parking.
