Cristy “CC” Rosencrans, nurse case manager of the Behavioral Health Unit at General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital, works diligently with BH medical providers and all command teams to ensure the understanding of the safety and care plans for trainees and Soldiers as they are discharged.
She continuously communicates with all battalion and company command teams to ensure Separation Health Assessments and Central Issue Facility appointments are scheduled to ensure smooth transitions of trainees. She demonstrates that she places Soldiers first, and she is a leader in treating every person with dignity and respect.
The German Liaison Team planned, coordinated and executed German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge testing last week for Fort Leonard Wood service members. More than 100 FLW Soldiers and Airmen participated in the event with over 70 earning various levels of the GAFPB.
