The Interactive Customer Evaluation program, commonly referred to as ICE, remains a viable and active tool for providing feedback for services during this critical time, and serves as the suggestion program for installation support. Comments sent there will be forwarded to the appropriate service provider. Identification is not required but is always welcome and often assists the service provider in getting more information when needed. If a response is desired one will be provided within seven days. Quick Response code posters, readable by most cell phones, are placed throughout the post at key facilities to provide real-time feedback for services.
