Week four of Fort Leonard Wood’s 2018 intramural golf season ended with the league’s two leaders adding to their so-far-perfect season records.
Company A, 554th Engineer Battalion, won its fourth consecutive match of the season, beating the 169th Engineer Battalion by nine strokes.
Meanwhile, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 3rd Chemical Brigade, defeated the 2nd Battalion, 10th Infantry Regiment, finishing with a 28-stroke lead.
Also playing July 12, the 14th Military Police Brigade won by finishing nine strokes under the 31st Engineer Battalion, and the U.S. Air Force Detachment, 364th Training Squadron, picked up a forfeit win, finishing with a five over par 75.
With their victories, Co. A, 554th Engr. Bn., and the HHC, 3rd Chem. Bn. teams lead the standings with records of 4-0. They are followed by the Air Force Det. at 3-1, the 14th MP Bde., at 2-2, the 31st Engr. Bn., at 1-2, the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate at 1-3, the 169th Engr. Bn. at 0-3 and the 2-10th Inf. Bn. at 0-4.
