The Fort Leonard Wood Commissary announced it will host a free P&G Football ProCamps event for military children, featuring Cincinnati Bengals tight end Tyler Eifert, June 18 and 19 on Fort Leonard Wood.
The Commissary opened registration Monday for the camp, which is open to boys and girls who are military children going into grades one through eight. Participants must be dependents of active-duty service members, National Guard, Reserve, military retirees or Department of Defense civilian employees. Parents will need to show their ID card or their child’s dependent ID card in order for the child to participate.
Camp sessions will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 18 and from 9 a.m. until noon June 19 at a venue on Fort Leonard Wood to be named later.
Based in Cincinnati, ProCamps regularly pairs pro athletes with young players in multiple sports across the country. During its football camps, pro players and ProCamps coaches provide attendees with hands-on instruction in fundamentals, building skills, running contests, non-contact games and more.
