The review and comment period for Fort Leonard Wood’s five-year stormwater management plan is Jan. 13 through Feb. 13. The Missouri Department of Natural Resources issues the installation a stormwater permit to ensure stormwater discharges and runoff are not polluted, which could result in impairment of waterbodies.
