The Religious Support Office held a Graduation Blessing Celebration May 11 at the Main Post Chapel. The theme of the event was Celebrate the Past, Embrace the Future. Six families participated in the joint chapel event that provided parents with the opportunity to give a special blessing to their graduate. Parents presented their graduate with a blanket representing the warmth and security of home as they move into their next life adventure. The assembly received an encouraging message from Family Life Chaplain (Maj.) Miller Eichelberger and the Youth Praise Band. The program was closed with prayer by Chaplain (Capt.) Thomas Robinson. Catholic Women of the Chapel and Protestant Youth of the Chapel hosted a reception for the families following the program.
