We are planning to show you our main dishes, our culturally-important things, like how we dance, and why we are considered the 1st place smiling country in the world.
You’re going to love us. We are planning to give you actual Colombian coffee.”
2nd Lt. Polina Dimova, Bulgaria.
“(Attendees) are going to see boards with pictures from Bulgaria, nature, what we do for fun, and they (are) going to try a typical Bulgarian dish.
I cannot translate the name in English, because I have never heard a word like this, but I think it is going to be good. Who ever wants to can try it.
It contains potatoes, cheese, eggs, and some specific Bulgarian spices.”

“I will say I have much on display, especially traditional food. I will have them at my station.
We have porridge. I think it’s a very unique food in our country, I think it’s a good one.”
Capt. Hakeem Daaja, Jordan.
“(Jordan) is not a very diverse country, but we have friendly people.
Our traditional meat is called ‘mansaf.’ It makes you relaxed. After (you) eat it, you want to sleep.”
