“I would say working with the kids and being able to help them with the things they have weaknesses in, and in being able to compliment them and encourage them on the things they have strengths in, whether it’s sports or arts and crafts.
The best part is the mentoring program we have here.”
“We get to go actually have fun with the kids and watch them grow.
We have kids that start in 6th grade and by the time they are in 12th grade graduating with jobs and driving, it’s really cool to see.”
“Seeing the kids grow and I have an amazing director. She has our back regardless.
Not only do we see the kids grow, but (the director) gives us the opportunity to grow.”
“The children. With our facility, we get to work with so many different ages (grades six through 12). I personally feel like this is a fun age.
They can talk more and you can interact more with them and actually sit down and play board games with them.”
