Students view a historical display at the John B. Mahaffey Museum Complex. As a result of a partnership with Fort Leonard Wood, Waynesville High School freshmen, sophomores and juniors embarked on a field trip to the museum at Fort Leonard Wood April 2. They learned about the history of the installation, warfare and the military as a whole. Students participated in a poverty simulation and completed various forms of testing, including the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery, American College Testing, or other grade-related academic exams.
